Dont forget to add email addresses to user profiles! This way, if a user forgets their password they can easily request a new one from the CAS to be emailed to the address on file. Without this the System Administrator will have to reset the password.
Email alerts that are scheduled to automatically be generated will only do so if there is an email in the users profile.
