To keep your sales running smoothly, having accurate, up-to-date sales, inventory, financial, and employee information is essential. This information can be obtained through a variety of reports on both the POS and the CAS.
Through the POS, you can view reports that will allow you to recognize a store’s peak selling time and determine which department within a store generates the most revenue. A variety of inventory reports also allow you to keep track of all adjustments made throughout the sales day, helping you to accurately manage your inventory, and transaction reports allow you to be aware of all store financial activity, including Cash Pickups and Payouts.
Through the CAS, additional reports are available that expand into the store, warehouse and venue levels. Through employee reports, you can learn which employees sell the most merchandise and be sure that you are efficiently allocating your labor resources. Varied inventory reports help you to better manage your resources by having accurate information on your inventory, updated moment-by-moment. Through these detailed inventory reports, you can keep track of your most popular items, and regulate the reorder level of certain items, so that you can be sure they are neither over nor under stocked.
Transactions, sales and financial reports are available through the CAS as well. These myriad reports allow you to gauge the productivity of a store, measure your projected sales against your actual sales, and learn if coupons are bringing business into your stores, to name a few possibilities. You can also use financial reconciliation to ensure that entered daily sales and the daily sales summary match up. This is a quick and easy step and guarantees that the user will feel confident in the accuracy of the sales reports.
The PidPOS is a revolutionary new device that will change the way you think of Point of Sale cash registers. The device, like our flagship InvenTrak POS software is a fully functional point of sale system that processes transactions in real time over the InvenTrak Central Server. You can view real time reports directly on the web as well as make price changes and adding items to the store. Unlike traditional POS systems, the PidPOS does this through a completely portable device that can function in remote areas thanks to its small footprint, GPRS compatibility and battery operation. The PidPOS can function in three modes: As a Mobile POS, a standalone credit card terminal or a Warehouse Management terminal.
Whether you need credit card units, standalone cash registers or fully integrated Point of Sale units, we can customize a solution to fit your needs. Our goal is to provide you with professional solutions to get the job done right. With over 15 years specializing in the temporary merchant, we understand your limited selling period and treat your business as if it were ours.
If the job necessitates onsite support we can manage the process from start to finish. Our trained staff has the experience of doing Point of Sale installations in many stadium and retail environments. A look at our client list over the years will show the diverse range of applications we have been involved in. The best way to find out how we tailor a solution for your business is to call a Representative, who will go over the aspects of your event. In most cases we have probably already had experience in the location where your event is being held. Any company can sell you wireless terminals, but how many know what kind of coverage is in the stadium at each stand?
InvenTrak provides two types of options using eTrak:
Internet API
InvenTrak makes it easy to integrate your ecommerce web store using our Internet API architecture. Once your web developer has written to the API, sales tracking and inventory totals are taken out in the same way a physical store would, enabling the user to see real-time sales and inventory movement. Inventory levels can be sent to your website allowing you to automatically update availablity on the site as inventory levels increase or decrease. Customer management data can also be transfered between your site and the CAS.
Manual Sales
Manual sales can be made directly from the InvenTrak Central Server without a physical POS device, which allows managers to make special transactions away from the register. The administrator selects the venue, store, and register where the item will be sold. After entering the items and quantities into the system, the sale is sent. Once processed, the user then has the ability to enter the media totals to complete and commit the sale. Inventory is moved out of the store and reports are updated at both the central server and the designated register, keeping your mooment-to-moment inventory accuracy. The user also has the ability to import a manual sales file using the file import feature, which enables large batches of items to be sold at once.
Users with appropriate rights can send messages to POS users instantly. The messages can be sent to all POS machines in the enterprise, to a specific machine or to all machines in a store or region. Use this application to immediately notify any or all POS users of any critical information.
