Whether you are at your house, your office, or even the park, you can now generate a store order and specify which warehouse the order will be printed at. This allows warehouse employees to quickly receive the store order form and process it immediately, eliminating the need for employees to log onto the CAS and print it themselves. This remote printing also allows store orders to be printed at various locations regardless of the location the order was created at.
Through Inventrak, activating gift cards is as simple as one swipe. The giftcard is equipped with a barcode so that it may easily scan as any regular item. Once the card has been paid for, the cashier need only swipe the gift card, and the gift card number will be generated automatically.
From there, enter the transaction number (found by looking on the receipt of the gift card that had been purchased), and the gift card will be activated! Entering the transaction number allows the company to verify that the amount being added to the gift card is the same as the amount being purchased and extra money has not been added.

Reduce paper usage by giving customers the option of having their transaction receipts automatically emailed to them. When a new customer is added to the system, they may provide their email address and elect to have all their receipts emailed to them automatically.
