• Assist Client with the installation of InvenTrak POS software • Build relationship with client to learn their business needs and priorities, evaluate and document an implementation strategy, and execute to plan. • Consistent and ongoing communication throughout implementation cycle by email and phone to client, possible on-site client visits will be required. • Facilitate the entire boarding process of the Client. • Serve as technical point of contact during the Implementation phase. • Ensure timely and accurate transition. • Work with other departments to ensure 100% of total Client satisfaction. • Recognize and respond to the individual needs of Clients to ensure their satisfaction. • Project management experience • Experience working with software development/implementation projects • Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent listener • Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable • Proven relationship management skills (team and customers) • Strong business process analysis skills • Data structures and database design understanding • Technical troubleshooting skills • Strong analytical skills • Education -Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar - Certifications (ideal, not required): -Microsoft (MCAD, MCSD, etc.) -PMP If you are interested please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it |
