Implementation Specialist Job Description:   This position provides service to our clients to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of our products. Additionally, the Implementation Specialist will coordinate all aspects of the boarding process with clients and internal resources. Responsibilities:
• Assist Client with the installation of InvenTrak POS software
• Build relationship with client to learn their business needs and priorities, evaluate and document an implementation strategy, and execute to plan.
• Consistent and ongoing communication throughout implementation cycle by email and phone to client, possible on-site client visits will be required.
• Facilitate the entire boarding process of the Client.
• Serve as technical point of contact during the Implementation phase.
• Ensure timely and accurate transition.
• Work with other departments to ensure 100% of total Client satisfaction.
• Recognize and respond to the individual needs of Clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Project management experience
• Experience working with software development/implementation projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent listener
• Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable
• Proven relationship management skills (team and customers)
• Strong business process analysis skills
• Data structures and database design understanding
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Education
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Certifications (ideal, not required): -Microsoft (MCAD, MCSD, etc.) -PMP
