Level 1 Support Representative Job Description:
The Level 1 Support Representative is responsible for managing a group of direct customer accounts after implementation. Represent the company to the customer, and the customer to the company as the key point of contact. You would also be responsible for expanding and retaining accounts and ensuring customer service is provided. Works with cross functional internal teams to meet company and customer objectives.
Responsibilities for this position include:
• Develop and maintain regular and consistent account contact
• Manage/Process contract and order specifics
• Ensure customer service is provided
• Understand customers business requirements
• Scope and manage new requests
• Provide technical and administrative product information
• Fully knowledgeable of all company services
• Expand account as new services are offered
• Maximize long tail service revenue
