ECR Support Plans

Specialty Retail One Support Plans help small and medium-size businesses meet their essential POS support needs conveniently and affordably. Including a combination of Point of Sale user support and InvenTrak Administrative Support, these comprehensive plans enable you to supplement your in-house resources or select a complete outsourced solution – all for a set monthly fee.

With this program, our expert Emergency After Hours Technical Support Engineers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help:

·Minimize the damaging effects of unexpected equipment or process down time.

·Provide troubleshooting and setup assistance for all InvenTrak products, including FlexPOS        and software packages.

·Check the availability of a replacement part(s).

·Schedule any necessary field service.

·Remote Access to the Point of Sale registers and perform diagnostics and in most cases instant  repairs.

Monthly fees are based upon the number of on-site hours included and the number of registers deployed to a business.

Live Support

Live support can be accessed from any of the main screens while using the POS. Live support gives users the option to chat with technical support personnel and answer any questions. Located on the live support online chat screen is also a knowledgebase where users can search for answers/explanations on their own.

Besides online chat, users also have remote access support available to them. This enables tech support personnel to have direct access to the POS in use and can take control of the register. This allows the user to learn the correct procedure for the problem encountered, or if it is a serious problem, it can be fixed instantly.
