InvenTrak has 12 roles that define the access levels to 175 functions, allowing administrators to quickly and easily assign roles to employees. As in almost all of the features in InvenTrak, employee roles can be modified to increase/decrease rights easily and quickly.
If a role has access to financial and reporting data, it is limited only to the store that they are assigned. This provides administrators with the ability to provide relevant data to managers while limiting the scope of the data available to them. Improved and timely delivery of data in a secure environment allows managers to more effectively manage their stores and regions.
